- Fall 2010 Newsletter. The fall 2010 newsletter has been posted; it includes races through January 1, 2011.
- Our Sunday morning running group typically meets at 6:30 AM at McDaniel College (above the track by the security office) for our long runs. We run varying distances (8-12 miles) and times (8-10 min pace). Contact David Foote (FooteFive@gmail.com) for
