This page is reserved especially for CMAC members and coaches. It's our little "showing off" page for our members. Our goal is for each CMAC member to have his or her own page accessible with a link on the runner's name below, to include PR's, runner bios, pictures and more.

     For post-collegiate runners, this is the page where you'll want to guide potential sponsors to look at you. High school members can refer college coaches to this page; remember, the runners basically control the content on this page.

     CMAC's first 20 members will be considered charter members - the core group of the CMAC competitive team - for as long as they keep current membership. Memberships expire at the end of each year and must be renewed each January.

  • Alvarez, Becky - Charter member. Hood College graduate. 10K PR of 43:49 on April 13, 2002. 5K PR of 19:56 on 12/1/2001. Sound endurance base looking to improve 5K & 10K times in 2002.
  • Esposito, Sherry - Charter member. 17:45 5K road Personal Best, set in 2001. 
  • Foote, Mira - Charter member. Masters runner dedicated to hitting a 45:00 10K this year while teaching, raising three kids and a husband.

  • Krebs, Jill - a resident of New Windsor and a graduate of South Carroll High and Western Maryland College, the two-time All-American is just beginning her post-collegiate running career after graduating May 2002.
  • May West, Justin - one of the top middle school runners in Carroll County, Justin posted the fastest time by a 13-year-old in April's Main Street Mile with a time of 5:32. 
  • Mullinix, Michael - A sophomore at North Carroll High School in Hampstead, Mullinix made a name for himself by finishing in 18:55.5 in the Footlocker National Championships last November at Van Cortlandt Park. He also posted the third-best time among Maryland freshmen at the Cross Country State Championships through all four classifications.
  • Renner, Doug - Charter member. CMAC coach and head track and field and cross country coach at McDaniel College in Westminster, Md. Cleans the house on Thursdays for his wife and chaperones his son on school field trips while running six days a week.
  • Ripley, Doug - Charter member. A 34-year-old trackster looking to regain superior leg turnover after taking a crack at the marathon. 9:58 3000m race in April 2002. Aiming for sub-17:00 5K in 2002.
  • Spradlin, Kevin - Charter member. CMAC coach and competitor. Currently lives in Blythewood, South Carolina while serving in the U.S. Army at Fort Jackson. 
  • Williams, Bill - Private coach who proves his coaching philosophy is successful with each athlete he coaches. All for free. You want to get faster? Contact Coach Williams.
  • Young, Tim - One of the top Carroll County middle schoolers, and a charter member of CMAC, Tim will join Mike Mullinix at North Carroll High School in the fall of 2003.
