Laura graduated from Westminster High School and Frostburg State University. She is married to Joe, who has been serving in the U.S. Army for 23 years. Laura is the mother of six children and enjoys watching them play soccer and practice karate. She is an active member of her church where she serves in many capacities. In her spare time, she enjoys running and sewing. |

Ellen was born in Frederick
County and moved to the Union Bridge area in 1970. Except to attend
college in Salisbury, Maryland, she has resided in or around Union
Bridge most of her life. She is married to Ed Cutsail and has three
daughters: Dazy, Elena and Breanna.
She works in the office for Hillis-Carnes Engineering Associates
of Frederick in New Market, Maryland. She is a Project Leader
for her children's 4-H Club and a parent volunteer for the
vocal music program at Francis Scott Key High School.
