Fatima Meskina
This is a memoir of the late Fatima Meskina, who died in 2006 at the age of — who knows? She was probably in her 80s. She spent about 15 years of her life working as a maid for Peace Corps volunteers in the Middle Atlas town of Azrou in Morocco, and in that time she became a legend. I expect that no one who ever met her has forgotten her. When you read her story you will understand why.
