Welcome to Mt. Airy's website - a work that has been in progress since we first went live in 1997. Websites are increasingly important as a way to provide citizens with better accessibility to town officials, information about their community, and information about their town government.
We include current news from town government as well as events in town. For many issues facing the town and our region - from growth to water to transportation to school overcrowding - we need citizen input and participation. We hope to make the website more useable so that you can easily find what you need, and also open town government even more as we do so.
