Scorpions

Jamal Hicks, his mother and his little sister live in Harlem. Randy
wants young Jamal to take his place as leader of his gang, the Scorpions.
The other Scorpions don't like the idea, except for Mack, a crazy kid on
dope who gives Jamal a gun. When Angel and Indian challenge Jamal's position
as leader of the Scorpions, Jama's best friend tries to save his friend
