Dog Owner's Guide	No animal comes with a manual, but this site comes pretty close. It features articles covering almost any dog-related topic you can imagine, including training tips, advice on choosing a vet, boarding kennel, groomer, or trainer, and general to specific information on canine health. There are also links to sites that sell dog-related gifts, books, and movies.
Spay/Neuter Information	All animals adopted from the HSCC must be spayed or neutered. This reduces the number of unwanted pets and ultimately saves lives. Also, the cost is minimal. Find out here.

Dog Licenses	According to Carroll County law, all dogs over four months of age must be registered. Not to worry, this is convenient, simple, and inexpensive. All the information you need is right here.
