A copy of Carroll County Ordinance 26 will be provided in your adoption packet.
Please familiarize yourself with these laws.

return it to the Humane Society of Carroll County.
- Home inspections

the inspection in a timely fashion. The animal will remain at the Humane Society
until the inspection is completed. Follow up compliance visits may be made on
any animal adopted from the Humane Society.
