Crazy Lady

 

The crazy lady walks down the middle of the street. She wears dark glasses and a funny hat, and she cusses at anybody who even looks at her retarded son.  Their downtown Baltimore neighborhood is squeezed up tight next to the ball park.  Vernon lives there, too, and he sees no reason in the world to be friends with a crazy lady and a retarded kid.
