OUR MISSION The arts enhance the quality of life. The purpose of the Carroll County Arts Council is to serve citizens and visitors by acting as a link between the arts community and education, business, government, the media, and the private sector. The CCAC produces public programs, provides grants and scholarships and serves as a primary source for cultural information in Carroll County. FUNDING Major funding for the CCAC is provided by the Maryland State Arts Council and the Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks. Other support is contributed by the City of Westminster, individuals, corporations, foundations and gallery sales.
