Christine Lavin

In Concert

Saturday, September 20    8:00 pm

$23 Adults/$20 CCAC Members, Seniors 60+, Students 18 & Under.

Lavin’s songs are the sound tracks of American life, nailing a goodly number of the absurdities, reversals, and neuroses that jam up our daily lives.  Her songs cover a great deal of territory: relationships (I Was in Love with a Difficult Man,) life on the road (Strangers Talk to Me,) social posturing (Trade Up!) and pop culture (Tom Cruise Scares Me!)  With her liquid-silver voice and comic genius, Lavin threads her wonderfully skewed songs, pre-show knitting circle and final baton twirl into an unforgettable,  “full service” show!

Pre-show knitting circle at 7:00 pm
