Westminster Veterinary Hospital will be hosting a (trap, neuter, return ) event for feral cats on Thursday, November 19th, 2009. This event is for feral cat caretakers who need to get their cats spayed or neutered. All cats will be fixed, receive a rabies vaccine and get their left ear tipped. The charge for each cat is $40.00. Credit cards and cash will be accepted. No checks. All cats must be brought in a "Have Heart" trap. These can be borrowed from the Humane Society of Carroll County.
