On August 21st the Knights of Columbus presented to the city of Metz, France an equestrian statue of Lafayette. Both civic and ecclesiastical dignitaries were present.
After the War the Knights of Columbus opened over 100 evening schools for the education of veterans. They enrolled more than 50,000 students in the program and 25,000 students in the correspondence school, administered by Supreme. Also over four hundred college scholarships were awarded by the Knights. The program lasted until 1926 A.D.

The Fourth Degree establish the K of C Historical Commission. The commission was chaired by Edward F. McSweeny whose charge included, among other items, "The Study of Ethnic History."

Supreme moves to their 5th Headquarters located at 45 Wall St.
- 1924
In February, the University of Notre Dame, begins the Boy Guidance program. The course of study included: Introduction to Boys' Work, Principles and Theories of Boys' Work, Administration, Physical Education, Psychology of Adolescence, and Religion for Adolescence. The program was open to all Youth Leaders for any organization.
Three monographs are published in the Racial Contribution Series: "Gift of the Black Folk" by W. E. B. DuBois, "The Jews in the making of America" by George Cohen, and "The Germans in the making of America" by Frederick F. Schrader.
The St. Peter's Oratory recreation center opened in Rome on April 9th. This was the first of five centers to open by 1927. The site was donated by Pope Pius XI. The playgrounds were a request of Pope Benedict XV to curb the Protestant proselytization of the youth.

The institution of the first Squires Circle took place in Duluth, Montana in August. Brother Barnabas McDonalds F.S.C., a noted expert in the field of social welfare work with young people, is responsible for founding the organization.
- 1926
The Benedict XV Playground located in the San Lorenzo quarter of Rome opens in January.
The Pius XI Playground opens in May.
- 1927
On January 1st the age requirement for an associate member was raised to 26. Knights between the ages of 18 and 25 were required to carry a minimum $1,000 in insurance at a cost not to exceed $.80 per month.
Martin H. Carmody is elected the 7th Supreme Knight and would serve in that capacity until 1939.
The Valle Giulia Playground and Tiber River Playground open in May.
- 1928
Msgr. John J. McGivney becomes the 6th Supreme Chaplain. He would serve in that capacity until 1939.
